Soma Luna is available to hire for yoga, meditation, somatic practice, therapeutic groups, breathwork, workshops, trainings and other carefully considered wellbeing offerings.
A quiet, fully equipped, shoes-off studio with an extensive collection of yoga and relaxation props, Soma Luna has been created specifically for practices that invite people to slow down, listen and connect.
Who is the space for?
We welcome experienced, appropriately qualified practitioners whose work sits comfortably within the ethos of Soma Luna.

All bookings are subject to approval so that we can ensure the activity is appropriate for the room and works alongside our existing programme.
A space we look after
Soma Luna is more than an empty room. It is a dedicated space for rest, meditation and therapeutic practice, and we ask everyone who works here to help us preserve that atmosphere.
Shoes are removed before entering the studio, equipment is treated with care, and the room should be returned exactly as it was found. Hire time includes your set-up and clearing-away time.
Room hire terms
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed once it has been approved by Soma Luna and payment has been received. The agreed hire period includes all preparation, set-up and clearing-away time. Hirers must not enter before their booked time or remain in the premises after it ends unless this has been agreed in advance.
Care of the studio
Soma Luna is a shoes-off studio. Hirers are responsible for leaving the studio clean, tidy and arranged as they found it. Props and equipment used during the hire must be returned carefully to their correct place. Any damage, breakage or exceptional cleaning costs caused during a hire may be charged to the hirer.
Sound instruments & specialist equipment
The sound instruments and other specialist equipment stored within Soma Luna are not included in standard studio hire. They may not be moved, handled or used without specific prior written permission. Practitioners offering sound work should bring their own instruments unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
Insurance & responsibility
Hirers must hold appropriate qualifications and current public liability and professional insurance for the activity they are providing. The hirer remains responsible for their participants, their teaching or facilitation, their own risk assessment and the safe delivery of their session.
Marketing your event or class
Room hire is venue hire only and does not include marketing to the Soma Luna or Be Collective community. Hirers may display one approved poster within the premises while their booking is active. Website listings, newsletters, social media promotion and access to our customer database are not included in the hire fee.
Respecting the space
Activities must be appropriate for a quiet wellbeing studio. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, incense, naked flames and activities likely to damage the floor, props, instruments or furnishings are not permitted without prior written agreement. The studio may not be sublet or passed to another practitioner.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the booking can be moved or refunded. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the hire are non-refundable. Different notice periods may apply to ongoing weekly hire agreements.
