Exploring the slower practices.
SYRN brings together Somatics · Yin · Restorative · Yoga Nidra in one integrated professional training.
Developed through years of yoga therapy, teaching and teacher training, SYRN explores how slower practices can support embodiment, regulation, recovery and meaningful rest.
The training is designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers and wellbeing professionals who want more confidence working with nervous-system-aware movement, stillness, therapeutic rest and guided practices.
Somatics

Yin
Functional, adaptable yin practice with a clear understanding of bodies, tissues and individual variation.
Restorative
The practical skills of creating conditions for rest, support and down-regulation.
Yoga Nidra
Learn to understand, structure and guide nidra with confidence, sensitivity and purpose.
